Preparation

Saucepan or Turkish Pot: Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons (10gr) of Not Coffee Turmeric Chai into a small saucepan or Turkish pot. Fill with 100ml of your favourite milk, we prefer non-dairy. Place on stove and stir until hot. Remove from heat and let your chai brew to desired strength. Using a mesh strainer, pour your chai into your cup.

Espresso machine frother: Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons (10gr) of Not Coffee Turmeric Chai into a milk frothing jug. Fill with 100ml of your favourite milk, we prefer non-dairy. Use frother on espresso machine to heat milk with chai until hot. Remove and let your chai brew to desired strength. Using a mesh strainer, pour your chai into your cup.
